Integral claims that releasing the third party test results would somehow compromise the secrecy behind the Electriplast material?

I don`t understand that claim either. Just more smoke and mirrors in my opinion.

I invite anyone who doesn`t agree to click over to Integral`s own web page. Pay special attention to the patents listed under the Electriplast link.

Under issued, # 17

7,223,469 Electriplast moldable composite capsule
Filed for all to see since Dec. 2, 2004.

Under pending, #3, and #8

20070207316 Electriplast moldable composite capsule
Filed for all to see since Dec. 20, 2005.

20060131547 Electriplast moldable capsule and method of manufacture
Filed for all to see since Apr. 28, 2007.

And, most recently.....

20080063864 Variable-thickness elecriplast moldable capsule and method of manufacture
This one, filed on Nov. 8, 2007, although written and submitted by Aisenbrey, does not show Integral as the assignee. So, although it doesn`t show up on Integral`s listing, it is fully available in the USPTO.gov data base. If I can find it anyone can.

What could third party test results give away that isn`t already available in the text of those (4) patents.
