it was already around 2.00 last Dec before the 8K came out, then it gapped up to 5.00 and closed higher

after the alltime low of .069, Lasalle Cover an unaffiliated company, made a tender offer in 2004-2005 to LSRAF shareholders for 1.00 per share without the liquidation distribution rights so it started going up from there

Lasalle Cover had to buy most from the market up to 3.00 per share and accumulated 1.3M shares I think out of the 3M total

our 8k is just around the corner
