this is still classified as a NO INFORMATION pink sheet.
We know that will change quickly when they are willing to spend the money on upgrading with the exchange.
But for now you have a situation where unless there is heavy volume, you cannot expect fair market maker treatment.

I had an order this morning I sat on and did not fill a buy at 0055 - it was only 50k, I upped my buy to .006 and waited over 10 minutes before changing my mind - NO FILL.

Don't read into these tiny bid hits, or tiny ask hits for that matter. The market makers are not treating the trader fairly at all because none of them sponsor a market here until a 15c is properly filed.

When the trading activity picks up, the stock trades better and the spread closes, but that's only because there are more market makers crossing orders placed.
