midetieroil-If a company or investor wanted to buy into ERHC they could buy the shares on the open market, from the company, or from a large shareholder (such as SEO). If they tried to buy many millions of ERHC shares on the open market I think the share price would quickly explode (with the paltry daily volume) If they bought the shares from either the company or SEO I would think the share price would adjust to somewhere around the price they paid,
