"Intel CEO calls EU anti-trust probe without merit"

http://biz.yahoo.com/rc/040615/tech_intel_investigation_1.html

"MADRID, June 15 (Reuters) - The chief executive of U.S. semiconductor maker Intel Corp (NasdaqNM:INTC - News) said on Tuesday that a rekindled European Union (News - Websites) (EU) anti-trust investigation into his company would not find anything illegal. "We followed the rules and regulations and I think we're totally lawful in our dealings with our customers and competitors," Craig Barrett told journalists. "We go through great trouble to educate all our executives and our sales force on how to follow the rules and regulations," Barrett added."

""One of our competitors has complained again, and the EU is forced to investigate a complaint," Barrett said."

Gee, I wonder which world class whiner serial loser that was.
