i have a guess, but thats all it is :)
with no news, nothing relevant to move it and seemingly strong buys (amidst lack of news)
My guess would be insider buying , what better time to buy in your own stock.
for the record, i have 0 zero, nada proof of this .. its just a guess.
Im basing this guess on a general factor. If i owned a (corp) and within this (corp) my subs started producing profits , what better time to buy my own corp.
If im right, which there is noting to solidify the guess, I would imagine that we will see some positive news very shortly for all of updvs subs as well as updv itself.
If im wrong, well it was just a guess anyway :D
