Thank you for your reply. My name is Augie from the IHUB Board and currently holding around .300,000 Shares with a combine total of around 3,000,000 with my friends and families combined. Which in fact I have introduced that now I am regretting. I am a laughing stock whenever I see my family and friends and discuss about NMKT. Very EMBARRASSING!!!

I am not going to add anymore shares until Management do something to make us (Shareholders) Happy and a good return on our investment. We have invested in NMKT with all our hard earned money and it has dwindled down to almost nothing. I have been with NMKT since it was trading as IPVO and holding. At one point I have defended, praise, NMKT. You can look it up on the IHUB Board on all my post.

At this point, I am no longer sure since most of what Management has done was totally a disappointment to us. I have written to IR before letting you guys know to tell Phil Verges not to discuss any unsigned contract until everything has finalized. Yet again, he loves to open his mouth. And he is just making himself look bad and not trustworthy. I can name so many instances that he mentioned over and over again that he wants to do this and do that and never gets accomplished.

1. Dividends This was about 5 years ago and to date has seen zilt, zero, nada.

2. Move to a different Exchange I have heard this since IPVO days. That was about 6 years ago.

3. Filing on time. How can he be late with the filings and yet has the nerve to blame FINRA? He knows exactly when those are due and have plenty of time to do it and yet still have to file an extension and be late. That is unacceptable for a company that is making over 100 million dollars in Sales.

4. Deloitte this and Deloitte that. This is a joke. If they really want to be notice by the big 4 accounting firm hire one of them and for sure the company will be filing on time and all their filings will be nice and transparent.

5. Transparency Some of NMKT filings does not have the detail and terms of the preferred shares that was used back then. How do we know how many is out there that still needs to be converted? Look at the filing during the early days of NMKT....and IPVO...

You have given me all the links of the Filings and most of them we already read and we still don't think they are transparent enough. Who are all the people that NMKT have debt to? How about the Vergetech 60 Million Shares? Is that Phil's Safe Haven if something goes wrong with the company?

Got a poll from the IHUB and most of the shareholders there are holding about 5 million shares total. That is only a few shareholders that have responded to my request. Here is another list that they wanted answered.

1. where is John Verges and what are his specific duties, and who is paying him, and how much?
2. when exactly is the buyback
3. when exactly is the Everex deal done
4. why doesnt NMKT buy all shares of NLAI and CCSE
5. When exactly is the advisory board coming on
6. when are they going to get a real PR firm to represent them
7. How did Vergetech go from 20 million shares to 60 million shares
8.Why is the CEO still in charge and how can we remove him
9.What were the CEO's expense total for 2006, 2007, and 2008
10. Who bought the preferred shares and are they still going to be converted, and when?
11. Did Lutz get 2 million shares?
12. Did Staci get 2 million shares?
13 did Beacon get 3 million shares
14 Heck, list all shares given as payment over the last 24 months
15. what is status of loan with Valens exactly
16. what is the cost of going to NYC and BOCA to the presentations?
17. AMEX, NASDAY, NYSE, when exactly..and how?

Thank you,
