Alco Advanced Technologies announced today that its stock purchase agreement with Axion Spatial Imaging, Inc. has been cancelled due to new developments within Alco's long term plans. "We will be pursuing some very exciting things in the months ahead as far as technology and business growth. These new developments did not fit within the framework of the ASII agreement," Sylvain Desrosiers, CEO of Alco said. "Alco will not be selling any stock to ASII."
