Yes, I except all of kids of TGL to transfer the asset back to the Parent for safe keeping.

Don't forget we stuck the note bar tab w/TAC, but LaSalle picked up the bar tab and dinner tab for everybody.

I would expect TAC to transfer assets back to the TGL.
