Easy, wow where are all the headlines pronouncing FDR knew Japan was going to attack Pearl Harbor on December, are you kidding me, yes the Commander of the Pacific Fleet had a rumor, I'm sure they had rumors of several possible locations of an attack, does that mean that they knew Japan was going to attack Pearl Harbor,no, I laugh, that is not proof of anything, especially since the rumor happened on Feb 7, so for all we know maybe they shuffled a lot of the personnel out after that rumor and since it did not happen until December, possible they brought back in their fleets, that really means nothing
