There's only one thing that really matters with a President, because in the end, they don't really do a lot on their own.

What caliber of people does he surround himself with.

Regan and Clinton had top notch advisors and cabinet members. Bush was surrounded by idiots for the most part.

All that really matters is, how sharp are the people that Obama brings in to "advise" him.
