I saw Radford listed as CEO here

and didn't realize that there had been a change (or perhaps the insider filing was incorrect). Thanks for the heads up.

Regarding the price control - I believe that any company can take certain actions that sometimes have an impact on the price. E.g., PRs, strong financial statements, change in leadership, etc.
