Dear Mr. Xxxxxxxx,
I have been expressing shareholder concerns to the company in regards to keeping them informed and their concerns over the share price. I do not have a lot to offer back to you at this point.
The company has decided that it will no longer be releasing financials as they are not required to as a pink-sheet listed company. They did not give me a reason why.
The company will issue press releases when there is news - I do not have any kind of schedule for this and am told the day of release only.
I was told that the fees for the SOS Nevada had been taken care of; when shareholders brought it to my attention that it appeared not to have been addressed, I let the company know and was again told that it had been taken care of.
I will continue to pass on your concerns to the company.
Regards,
