Long Term: I have 40K for WM speculation....I had all 40K in WAMUQ till this Mon, but cashed out to exchange for prefrd's. I will jump back in tomorrow or Wed.

Before I jump back in the WM market ...any last comments on this one...the Preferd's are so confusing.
