I am confused.
The panel above shows the outstanding share count as: "816,064 as of Aug 29, 2008"
Yahoo finance (Key Statistics) shows: 1,98 million.
From the company website, before the 1:20 reverse split, there were: 326,425,763 shares outstanding. Dividing by 20 would be about 16.3 million shares.
How are we to know the true share count?
