CEO of Traxxec, Inc. Responds to Shareholder Enquiries Regarding Reorganization

WYBUNBURY, England, Oct 30, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Traxxec, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TRXX) (www.traxxec.com) announced an update to shareholders and the investment community in general regarding the reorganization of Traxxec, Inc. CEO Amy Scopes issued the following statement:

Due to the increased volume of investor and shareholder enquiry, I have decided to release certain updated information. I had anticipated issuing a progress report in February 2009, at the conclusion of my first year with the company; this would coincide with the completion of my first goals. However, I feel that I should make a series of press releases commencing next Monday 3rd November, to be followed by progress reports on an ad hoc basis through to 2009.

As I have stated to enquirers in reply, part of my remit has been the restructuring of the company and I am pleased to say that there has been reorganization and resource targeting for both the UK operation and progress made to establish an infrastructure in the U.S. This latter aspect -- fundamentally the appointment of U.S. representation and/or advocates -- although well advanced may need to change significantly due to commercial developments that I will report on later and hope to expand on fully early in 2009. In line with the above the name change to Traxxec Inc. was approved and the primary focus will remain on RFID packaging solutions and technical support when required in line with the Rexam agreement. However, business is dynamic and recent commercial enquiries may lead to developments that may change the proposed structure of the 'U.S. operation' but without detracting from its prime focus.

During the reorganization I can confirm:

-- that the patent annuities in the U.S. and Europe are current

-- that the patent remains licensed to Rexam Plc under a fifteen year agreement

-- all Intellectual Property is protected

-- Traxxec has retained Germane Systems and Ambry Associates in support of the agreement with Rexam

-- Traxxec has maintained its relationships with its technology and development partners
