Pardon me, that's an 8K filing, not S8. Thanks for the correction.
Do you have any DD on this posted somewhere? Float etc?

From their PR:
"The company's attorney is close in getting an 8K filing ready to be filed with the SEC by the end of the week. New management is confident that further filings required to obtain a listing on the OTCBB will be ready in the near future."
