First of all, thank you for your investment and for contacting the company directly. We will do our best to answer your questions. Can you please let me know your shareholder name of record and amount of shares owned?

In behalf of the IHUB board we would like to know the current OS count for NMKT. If you cannot tell us, Please tell us the number and address of the transfer agent where we can get this information. The most recent OS count I have is from the second quarter report on www.sec.gov, which is: "As of August 19, 2008, the registrant had 218,127,765 shares of common stock outstanding." An updated number will be available on the third quarter results due out soon. Unless the information is already publicly available, I am not authorized to disclose it under Regulation FD (Full disclosure). Our transfer agent's information is readily available on our website under Investor Relations at http://www.newmarkettechnology.com/investor-relations.htm.

Is NMKT going to file this 3rd quarter on time? I expect NMKT to file its third quarter report on time.

We would like to know what is Management going to do to make their Shareholders happy? What are they going to do to bring the price where Management / their independent research company claims it should be trading?

The issue is share price alignment. The company has grown well over the past years, improved its bottom line and is diversified in both technology and geography, yet the share price and market cap are low, trading below book value. The market controls the share price, but management can work to influence it. Give us a call and we would be happy to discuss your concerns on the share price further.

When are all the other SUBS going to be transparent and file to date.? NMKT has two public subsidiaries – China Crescent (CCSE) and NewMarket Latin America (NLAI). CCSE is and has always been fully reporting ("transparent") (please see www.sec.gov) and NLAI was unreporting when it was acquired. NLAI's new management is currently in the process of filing past reports in order to bring NLAI current with reporting. As of last week, they had filed two past 10ks and a year's worth of past Q's.

When will NMKT be transparent in all their filings? NMKT is already transparent and all reports are available on www.sec.gov.

I would be happy to discuss the publicly available information in more detail. Please give us a call to discuss your investment and information on the company further.

Thank you again for contacting us and for your investment in the company -
