ING 5.65 euro last week, Last earning 4.28 euro in 2007 , it was the top earning thus before this bad year .

Here their last 4 years Earning/shares.

2007 - 4.28 Euro
2005 - 3.54
2004 - 3.32
2003 - 2.70

It looks like this bank (stock) never been priced at more than 10x the earning during recent years, as we can see its top pps was around 35 euro.
