Price already dropped from .25. If you check the filings, not much has changed. They started out with about 50 million o/s and had commitments for about 15 million more.

Now they are fully diluted for a little more than that, about 75 million tops now, which is not that bad.

Considering where they have come and the huge prospects, FEDEX, Kinko's, lots of other potential.

They've been able to talk employees and financers into giving very good terms and they seem to know what they are doing to prevent dilution on a massive scale.

They know that the only way to get back to the .25 level where employees converted, is to keep o/s down to a management level.
