New Cusip number has been assigned to CYRD/PetrOil by FINRA/NASDAQ

When I go to http://www.isin.cusip.com they already have Cyberecord and Petroil linked together. Search for Cyberecord...Petroil comes up, search for Petroil... Cyberecord comes up. This means FINRA already approved the name/symbol change and has linked the two together.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your mail. I would like to take this opportunity to clear some points of concern you may have and correct your understanding of the purchase of CYRD (Cyberecord Inc). I will reply to your quires in the order presented;



1)- YOU WROTE- "Has the board of directors had their meeting yet this month?".



REPLY: A stockholder meeting was held on the 25th of July, 2008 in full compliance of the corporate by-laws and applicable laws with a quorum present. At this meeting a new Board of Directors was appointed. Copies of the minutes of this meeting have been supplied to the SEC. The President of the corporation Mr. Munther Daher and the Board of Directors meet regularly working diligently in the best interest of the shareholders and the corporation, fulfilling all compliance regulations of the SEC and other governing agencies as applicable by law.



2)- YOU WROTE- "I spoke with CYRD Transfer agent Jeff last week he said he hasn't heard from you in and didn't know what was happening".



REPLY: It is not necessary for the corporation to be in constant contact with the Transfer Agent as the corporation has no intention of issuing any additional shares in the market.



3)- YOU WROTE- "Jeff mentioned you were approved for a name and symbol change to Petroil".

REPLY: Mr. Jeff Manger the 'Transfer Agent' is correct. An Official name change has been filed and recorded with the Secretary of State in Delaware on the 27th day of August, 2008. Presently corporate council has been in contact with the NASDAQ and a symbol change is to take place shortly.



4)- YOU WROTE: "is the merger between Petroil and Cyberecord still going to happen?"



REPLY: PetrOil Inc,. has NOT merged with Cyberecord Inc. The fact is PetrOil Inc., is the new corporate name given to Cyberecord Inc. as filed and recorded with the Secretary of State in Delaware on the 27th day of August, 2008. The majority ownership and controlling interest of Cyberecord Inc which is now called PetrOil Inc. was purchased by Petrolium Oil Alliance Inc. on the 09th day of July 2008. The SEC has received copies of all documentation, resolutions of all meetings and actions that have been taking place since the purchase of the corporation CYRD (Cyberecord Inc).



5)- YOU WROTE: "When do you think we'll see some form of update?"

REPLY: We at PetrOil Inc., believe that the corporation must maintain transparency with "shareholders". Therefore press releases will be made by the firm shortly. When appropriate and authorized by the Board of Directors.

The transfer agent said he hasn't been able to get a hold of you in a month... is the merger between Petroil and Cyberecord still going to happen? When do you think we'll see some form of update?
