Sunspotter, you do realize that AS does not equal OS right? You seem to imply that "full dilution to 800mm shares" is a forgone conclusion. Although it would be possible for that to happen with an increase in AS, any prudent investor would surely watch the OS closely to determine if appropriate value is being delivered for additional shares in the float. I personally don't mind giving the company room to breathe and develop their product, so long as they stay away from toxic convertible debt instruments, and are attentive to their fiduciary duties regarding shareholder value.

I suspect more posters here than you know can distinguish between overly positive and overly negative posts and make their own decisions.
