the govt already has a militia! its called the military. we have the cia, fbi, atf, homeland security (not sure of the acrynom), nsa, and many others im not aware of. yet we need another?! anybody that has any awareness of DC knows that DC has more different govt police forces than the rest of the country. and look how safe it is there. why would we need another tax payer funded useless agency?

let me guess, to control all of us tax payers who dont agree with the messiah
