And why shouldn't the "possible conspiracy theories and thrashing of Hemi go on?" Look at the current share price - .011 with a volume of volume of 655K at 3:00PM.

USC Cowboy made some excellent points in his post #41341:

"1) The issuance of verifiable production numbers as total production would provide us with a measure of stability as the O&G industry is all about cashflow.

2) A definitive statement by management in one sentence stating the current AS/OS can set aside all the fears regarding blatant dilution.

3) A statement regarding the maturity dates and number of all restricted shares issued in-lieu of cash payment for services rendered would reassure current shareholders regarding the source of new shares entering the trading market.

These are just a few ideas that would stabilize the SP and begin to build faith in the company without giving away any of the corpoarate secrets or diminish the company's ability to negotiate deals or the ultimate sale of the company per its stated plan."

What possible reason could Mr. Anderson have for not putting out such information, especially in light of the eroding share price? The longer the erosion continues, the more suspect become Anderson's motives to the point wherein it is not unreasonable to believe he wants the share price to go sub-penny.
