Sorry, that was a typo

I meant to say Holladay. They are our Stock Transfer Agent. Basically, if you are a non-affiliate and you have held the cert for a year then you can get the restriction removed, you can also get it removed after 6 months with a favorable legal opinion.

There is no hurry that I am aware of, I just prefer to have shares on deposit with my broker than in my safe at home.
