If he does reverse merge or start up a new investment for BKMP he will have to R/S this 10000/1 so he can start dilution of his new company again. We as long time holders will never realize our originals investments back but maybe we could recoup something.

Maybe able to sell on the highs and buy back on the dips just for flipping purposes to ever get our money back.

As major holders of BKMP stock I am curious as to what Sandy/Samia plans are concerning Mayhem Media, unless they have already been paided off to let it go.

Yes we invested in BKMP and lost, but that investment ended in a 14.8% ownership of a company that we were never informed was in financial trouble. As part owners albeit with non-voting shares we still should of been given the option to maybe invest in TFN through a public offering in order to protect our investment from a crooked takeover. JMO!
