8. CHOICE OF LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of
Wisconsin, which Distributor and ATWEC have chosen because of its simplicity of its laws
regarding arbitration and trade secrets. In the event of any violation or other action under this
Agreement, the proper form and venue shall be Waukesha County, located in the State
Wisconsin.
