ADCS overwhelmed with bewilderment.

I may among the alleged ‘Bag-Holders’ of this stock.

I feel a sense of haven been hoodwinked.

I’ve faithfully followed and believed in the prospects of this company, according to their "Coockie and Ice cream" PR’s.

I pumped money into this company with inspiration of a profitable return, as implied between the lines of the PR’s.

Having the likes of WALMART thrown around between those lines and used as 'credibility points', has tilted the scale of believability more in favoring ADCS.

Through the rise in confidence, I’ve added more shares to my sum.

Later having my sum R/S’ed to peanuts should have been a warning sign. But ole hard-headed ‘ME’ wanted to believe in this company, so bad, that I purchased more shares.

Anticipating (from the PR's) that it’ll green-up. –I didn’t.

it appeared this company went as far as to “USE” it’s acquaintances with VSTARR as a selling pitch for its shares.

VSTARR seem to have gone as far as to “USE” the standing uncontaminated credibility of “SecondLife” as a smoke screen.

VSTARR, being more convincing, created an account within Secondlife, under which, they’ve leased several “Virtual” Acers of land to build several massive well-detailed structures for entertainment and other services.

Within their massive shopping mall, hung a few waving flags baring the name “Wal Mart”, which gave their agenda that “ADDED” credibility.

I bought yet even more shares and now through it all, here I'm faced with their current stock market status. (ouch!)

No activity, No status updates, -Nothing.

And here I sit with money tied up in this stock that could have otherwise been collecting profits in another stock.

What happen to all those “Feel Good” PR’s?

Then anticipating being bashed for their actions, they proactively Flag-Up a threat to press charges against whom ever slanders them, alleging it as damages to THEM and imply it likely causes THEM future financial losses.

WHAT?!

UM, Like, But what about the investors who HAS incurred monetary Damages caused BY the stock? -what rights do THEY have in this? -Are they to just sit quiet, smile-off their losses then pretend it never happened?

There are many reactions investors who feel harmed by this may take.

Anywhere from Slander or Bashing to just simply doing what they believe is their job to steer “would be” investors away from the stock.

However, in my case, I still believe there’s still hope here and has since purchased more…-HEH!

I’m assuming the problem is a lot bigger than my imagination and likely causes by the Market Crash, more so than just assuming ADCS isn’t doing their job.

I mean like, if many of the S&P 500 companies, who traded over $20 over the last 5 years are now trading in the pennies in this market crash, who the hell says ADCS is immune?

I’m impressed enough that in these troubled times they’re actually still listed.

Let’s face it, the people behind ADCS/VSTARR were NOT likely working this venture on a full time bases..

This was lkely a PART TIME HOBBY and was likely SECOND against a FIRST obligation to a (9am-5pm) day Job.

Who knows, someone may have gotten laid-off or a Pay-Cut and/or more.

Therefore, this whole ADCS/VSTARR venture may have gone on the back-burner.

In either case, I’ve given them the benefit of doubts, considering my current awareness of the economy as we’re ALL experiencing right now, upon reading this.

Therefore, in that respect, I’ll hold my shares and keep the faith.

Otherwise I’d have already cashed out and long since repair to file my losses on my next tax filings.

Funny thing though, I wondering what will happen if more and more investors start claiming their stock losses on their tax returns, where Uncle Sam would share in those losses in the form of deducting from the taxes they’d otherwise be owed –LOL!

That’ll get’m off their buttocks.

I think they’ll either tighten the laws governing the SEC or Pink Scammers would have penalties so high that it wont be worth running a Pink-Sheet scam company, yet alone bother forming one.

End results? -Investor capital would be better protected as the likelihood of their investments being tied to Pink sheet scam would be very far and few between.

This way if a company fails, it would have more likely done so honestly. (Product interests flopped, not enough funding, someone dies or whatever.).

Investment losses under these conditions are more acceptable or even more forgiving than just being out right lied to from the very beginning.

Through it all, I intend to hold my shares with ADCS.

I may even buy more, as I believe this will most likely kick-off sometime in the Spring-Summer of 2009 as the potential is clearly here.

-I’m just gambling they’ll play their cards right.

IMO….

Maintaining TRUTHS requires 'little to no effort' than Maintaining LIES.
