in an actual debate the chairman would toss out the participants who keep asking the same questions over and over despite responses and follow up questions have been addressed...lol thats the funny part...almost 99% of this crap has already been discussed in the last 6 months ad nauseum...don't see any such performance guarantees here or anywhere this practice is carried out.
