According to Ken Lewis, who I just spoke with at Beverage Plus, the company will go public in 3-4 weeks on the Frankfurt Exchange. Opening price will be about 2.25 euros or about $3.60 US. It will be tradeable thru Etrade he says.
Five million shares will be released. Fuego has about 10% of that. Thats a tidy sum for Fuego.
