Thanks alot Jonesieatl for the information...Well, appreciated. 90 percent of the time i do not play anything with more 1 billion shares Authorized. I have the notion that the company would dilute and they could care less about their shareholders. I always thought to myself why is it that they(company) can do a reverse split of the O/S but not the A/S. I believe its injustice to its shareholders. Anything that has Cornell(Yorkville Advisors) is a disaster and that is saying it mildly.
