I'm not worried about Psystar, I'm worried about Apple and future OS X/programs updates, etc.

Take PS, for example. I don't want to take any chance whatsoever that one of my approved PS installs will end up bricked for whatever reason(s). And I'll have to use one if I'm online.

I'm willing to freeze everything I've got here at a certain level of back up comfortability on an offline set up.

Which leaves me to carry on as I was with everything else on my primary Mac.

I just want to be assured that if I stick this there, I'll always have a working copy of there, no matter what happens to Psystar.
