Well Phil...I'm sure the dollar amount is all relative to the person's status in life. As for ".0001" and "scam", they usually go hand in hand. With that in mind, let's just change the question to: Who would gamble on a scam? I would imagine, to keep some resemblance of "intelligence", it would have to be someone who foresaw enough of the right pieces in place to accomplish a run. Those pieces primarily consisting of cunning people running the issue (company), and cunning traders setting the groundwork with their followers. Of course I'm just referring to most .0001 stocks, not any one in particular.
