Spikes.....existing shares don't make for acquisition monies. The capital investment to make an acquisition(s) will come thru the issuance of new shares (not IMHO...rather directly from ERHC managment).

Personal thoughts:

Because I saw and heard excitement in our young CEO's voice and body languange during presentations........because the talked about acquisitions being talked about are in the 10's or 100's of millions........because our CEO stated he is VERY VERY certain ERHC has a sound strategy going forward that could grow the co up to 7 times its 8/08 value......because the co has stated they are DD'ing North American properties......because we presented in Dubai.....because WB was our previous CEO who wanted ERHC to turn into a real business.....because Barry Morgan indicated a US oil player wanted in.....because SEO moved his shares around after holding them in one bunch for many many years.....

yes, I like the thought of making an acquisition or two or three.

We closed at .20 today. ERHC's stated timeframe for listing on the AMEX or NAS is November 09. Thats a year away. 2000% between now and next November? Bring it on.
