Catty, I may have read this wrong but we may in a bit of trouble here. If we reverse the shares we have to preffered we can get those same amount of shares back. But the pps may not be a 1.00 it may be less. The thing I am looking at is the price may not be at .0001 but a bit higher when can convert the shares back and then be able to sell. We have two things going on. A merger and a buy out. What will the pps actually be. I will convert my shares. The other is I may invest 500.00 more and let it ride the conversion. If it does go above a 1.00 I can make some change at the same time during the wait period. The one reason that any company wants to hold the period for selling the stock is that they may have the pps rise due to the holding and not the selling off during the high price.
