My guess is they heard the static from shareholders and didn't want to deal with a mob scene at the special meeting.

Because of the new cheerleader on board I believe we will get a reverse split at 100/1 or

less, less, less, less, less likely they have big news in the chamber.

As a betting man I believe the first.
