I have a friend in Vegas that is coming to Florida to make some of the easy money in real estate. Even a poor man can buy a house down here now. The problem is that poor people do not read this board. They watch NBC and get fleeced. They bought at the top as usual. Even one of my relatives. Now they making payments on a 278,000 house that is worth 120,000.
