Koda, this stock smells bad. There is nothing here in my opinion. The only fact is that whoever set this up, found a way to take a lot of money from a number of uninformed investors, based on a big pile of horse dung. Basically, everyone who still owns shares (me included), will most likely have a nice write-off on their tax return, and be able to say that they helped finance the lifestyle of the people who ran this stock printing operation. Correct me if I am wrong, but is there any legitimate business here, going on right now? I think it is time for this guy Frank to act like a real man and tell stockholders the truth. But, it takes a real man to tell the truth, and based on what we have endured here, I would not believe one more word from this guy Frank, even if it were on paper, in black and white, and notarized by the US Attorney General. In other words, he lost his standing in life as a real man. In my opinion, he acts more like a coward and/or con artist in hiding. I think the game is over... Frank won and took all the money... We are stuck holding worthless stock certificates. JMHO
