Actually, a little memory refresher.

10Q reports are due 45 days after the end of a quarter.

10k annual reports are due 90 days after the end of a fiscal year for small companies. For large ones, 75 days.

CDEX/CEXI is small. The FY ends 31 Oct so the next 10 k is due Feb 1...or thereabouts. The Fourth and final quarter is included in that report, which is to cover the period 1 nov 2007 through 31 Oct 2008.

The next 10 Q quarterly is due 45 days after he end of the first quarter...which is 31 Jan, 2009. It will be due on or about 17 March, 2009.

It is this first 10 Q that will tell the tale of the survival of CDEX..if the 10 K does not. The first payment of the PIPE will have to be covered in that report..if they file it. Also, any revenue from whatever products that they have, saving BOOLSHHET and SHARES...their main two products.
