I just reread the Stealth ibox and noticed one key word, which is "intends".

Intentions don't generate revenue or cash!

From the ibox:

"The Company intends to develop its own properties and acquire oil and gas properties"

It takes that many Directors to intend to develop its own properties and acquire oil and gas properties?

Unfortunately, it appears as if Stealth may have to dilute the stock.
