dilution yes, every public company dilutes or they wouldn't have gone public.. but whatever they're not even selling the units yet, so where else would the money come from.

all i know is that if i was CEO, had inside info and was picking up the .oo6's and .oo7's like Frank has been and using up my own cold hard cash, it would be for one of two reasons..

1). if i did not believe there would be that many more shares brought to the market to take it down much further.
2). he's buying back shares at a lower cost than what has ever been sold to finance guys by the company.

either way, when someone spends their own money buying up the company they are CEO of with the information they have, they're doing it because they can see value at that price. he's not buying the .006's, knowing they will have to sell shares at .0006. jmho.

if he knew the company was going to have sell another block of shares to keep going thus depressing the price even further, do you not think he would wait for those to hit the market at the lower prices before picking them up?
