I believe that once a person owns 10%, they have a whole slew of forms to fill out and can find out insider info. I'll have to double check, but since they have such a stake in the company in question, and with the co. forms filled out, that they get info.

BUT, after that's all said, I'll have to make a couple of calls and find out.
