Inc. and STC and affilates have no other realtionship to PartTime Management, Inc. STC intends to sell all or a portion of the CMKX stock at or about the time of publication of this report.

To me this says PartTime paid STC the 1 billion shares not Urban and all or a portion were sold at the time of the report. Long and Strong!! egg
