One could reason ...from the Non stop downfall in pps of the past 87 weeks and no current update on share structure ..that the o/s is near maxed out from who knows where the shares went and Now Hemi has to sell assets to stay afloat ... to maintain it "Business Plan"... which was first to bilk the shareholders and then the assets bought by the shareholders??

One just does Not know... Bc HMGP has a "Lame Duck" ..CEO that Can Not, Will Not.. communicate pertinent data to shareholders..Via Normal channels!
