None of this makes sense man. Just because Chris owns CTNO, does not mean he wants to use CTNO to raise capital. If anything, it looks good on his resume and helps Chris to get other deals outside of the CTNO realm. I am not a lawyer, nor an accountant, and this does not seem right to me that Chris should be able to do this without includng CTNO in his dealings. If Chris did not follow the law, with respect to not including United EcoEnergy Corp. and Ckrush Inc. under the CTNO umbrella, he will probably end up taking an extended Sabatical in Federal Prison anyways and CTNO will be a bust. But it is what it is. Without a PR or a Public Filing from Chris, our shares are only worth the paper they are printed on, nothing more, IMHO.
