I personally can't imagine any acquisition target out there that is meaningful to ERHC right now.

The company has limited funds for acquisition and virtually zero assets as collateral for borrowing purposes - assuming a financial institution at this time would be foolish enough to even consider a loan of this nature.

Am I missing something here?
