in response to your post,, i have only one thought,, if i was UC, and wanted to sell shares to make money(dilution).. why would i do this just before a pr about confirming the finding of diamonds? IMO, if dilution was to take place, it would be after that most recent pr, and sell those same 180 million shares for much much more... this is just common sense imo..
that makes me believe that dilution isnt what took place but more likely a mm play of some sort,,
