Its so easy to scam people on this pink market .
You create a BS company LLC in the usa with 1000 usd
You pay the cost to a market maker to add your company on the pink sheets with no any buck income .
Will cost between 10k and 15k usd to be traded and get a symbol .

And your BS company begin to trade with no assets no project no customer nothing .
You need to pay 1000$ usd yearly to post so many PR you like with a one time 100$ for any news posted .

In the news you post anything you like drink some beers and let your imagination work when done , send a fax to pink and that's it .

I will create a new company "hollidays on the moon LLC " and ask to be quoted on the pink lol .
If people believe the lie news I post and are stupid to buy shares that will not be my problem .

Possible I will never go to the moon but I will for sure drive a very big nice car with your money lol ...

And you take the money over without need to provide any quarterly report no financials no news no current address on the pinksheets site no current OS on the pinksheets site .

This all legal with the pink .

Scamers .

OTCBB is called a bad and risky market but so bad than the pink is not possible this is the worst market in the world .

I have hard to understand that the american Gov accept to have companies trading with not any warranty for shareholders .

But ok we can not rebuild the world just learn from mistake and prevent to make to many time the same mistake .

Personaly this was my last buy on this market the day I move out i dont spent any cent anymore on this BS pink market .
