Good digging barry...& I also don't like having to discover things that will obviously be perceived as negatives by many. Far better to simply announce any bs lawsuits or serious ones so the market can make informed decisions based on all the available info.

So to me the simple fact that ASFX saw fit to NOT inform any of its s/h's or the market of their legal issues reeks of typical stinky-pinky BS & is a slap in the face of what Dr Tirotta stated in the video in the ibox about wanting to uplist to the OTCBB soon!

I mean if he truly wanted a strong core holder base...he would of insisted on across the board transparency...& even if ASFX & Tecnimed are about to patch things up out of court...the damage has now been done...& many of the core holders will be out the door for good out of feelings of betrayal IMO.

At least now the dumping of the past several weeks has been explained for us by our own discovery of the ASFX/Tecnimed lawsuit lol...& that's just BS in my books. I know they'll probably say their lawyers said they couldn't comment on it(conveniently hiding behind the pinkie non-disclosure bs excuses).

So regardless of whatever happens next...for many their trust in ASFX will be broken from this Tecnimed lawsuit BS...& I don't blame them if they don't overlook the lack of transparency/communication to all the facts.

I completely realize that all start ups face challenges...but the good ones cultivate a sense of trust in their initial core holders knowing full well they're the co.'s first voice...& in the case of ASFX all we got now is a company that "could" be on the verge of immense growth...but have so far remained intent on only embarking on that growth by partially informing the market of all the challenges they face & to me the now uncertain sentiment will rule this table until such time several answers are provided glta!
