And on a possible flip side barry...perhaps that patent infringement lawsuit was partially responsible for Tecnimed & ASFX patchin' up their differences...if that is in fact the case as tradernation reported tonight?

Who da hell knows anymore...all I know is that uncertainty & pinks don't mix & without ASFX immediately steppin' up with some answers on all this newly surfacing info there's gonna be a lot of uncertainty on this table tomorrow & a lot of speculation/assumptions!

So I'm just gonna reserve any further comments 'til some answers are brought forth...'cause there's too many other tables out there in pos-land without this amount of uncertainty for me to attempt speculating any further given all the friggin' lawsuits now in play glta!!!
